By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

General and Licensing

You are familiar with my art, the quality, and style.

You have permission to and grant me a license to use any characters and intellectual properties represented in the commission for the purpose of completing the commission until the commission is completed.

Upon completion, you receive rights to publish the commission for non-commercial use.

I retain publishing rights for the commission to post on my socials, unless otherwise agreed upon. You may request for me to not publish progress or the finished commission to my socials until an agreed upon date and time.

Commercial Use

You are required to disclose if the commission will be used for commercial use, such as merch, prints, shirts, stickers, or where you will make revenue.

You may request to receive commercial use rights for an additional fee.

You will not use the commission for commercial use unless given explicit permission by me.

Communication

I will communicate primarily through Discord with the username "ButtlordFox" or on Twitter/X with the username "@CoboldFox".

Payments

All payments will be processed through PayPal where you will receive an invoice.

You must provide me with a PayPal email to send the invoice.

You will not receive the finished commission until the final payment is received.

Additional fees may be applied, such as a Rush Fee or Commercial Use Fee.

Cancellation

I can cancel the commission for any reason and at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a partial refund reflective of the amount of work completed.I will retain all rights to the commission. The license granted to me for characters and IP represented in the commission, mentioned above, will be revoked.

I can decline your commission for any reason.

Prohibited Uses

You will not use my artwork in any Ai models or tools, NFTs, Crypto Currency, promoting hateful acts, crimes, or attacks on an individual or group.

Liability

I am not responsible or liable if you have an account banned or terminated on any respective platform, such as Twitter/X, Twitch, Discord, after commissioning me.

Crediting

If you publish the commission to your socials, such as Twitter/X, please include a link to my respective page, such as @CoboldFox on Twitter/X, in your image, post or in a reply. If one is not available, "CoboldTheFox" is sufficient.

Violation of these terms will result in your commission being cancelled and my refusal to provide any further services.
